Sleeping Buddies!

The boys shared a bed and we would come in after they were asleep, they were so cute! One of the nights the were completely cuddled up together. I finally decided to chance waking them up and took their picture. They are such great buddies, they refer to each other as their "best buddy!" God is so good to bless us with great brothers!

Free Day at the Beach!

Port had a tummy ache and fell asleep in Brian's lap...then everyone else joined him!

Sunday was our free day and it was beautiful! Brian set up a Dolphin Encounter for the boys and then we spent the rest of the day at the beach. The boys loved the dolphins, they got to feed them fish, ice, and jello! The water was still cold, but the boys still loved swimming! Daddy and Champ were the real champions who got in the water with the boys. Ella was a lot like her mommy, she would prefer to stay warm in the sand. It was a great family day, much needed after all the wedding craziness!

They wedding was BEAUTIFUL! The weather finally cooperated on Friday and the sun came out, so it was a beautiful day! The kids were pretty entertaining, but the wedding was great. There was amazing cocktails and appetizers during pictures, then dinner and dancing! Jamie and Whitney, we are so excited for what God has for you! You are both AMAZING and we were so thankful to be a part of your special day! We can't wait to make more memories together! Love you guys!

Breakfast with Champ

My best friend from high school, Jamie, got married this weekend in Florida. It was such a great weekend, getting to spend with family and friends. Whitney, Jamie's wife, asked me to be a bridesmaid! I got to spend a few days getting to know her family and close friends. The boys were also in the wedding, which was so fun! My parents came too, so Brian had a little help while I was doing wedding stuff!

Happy Birthday Asher!

Yummy cake, cookies, cupcakes!
Asher's first birthday cake!
YuMmY!

Happy Birthday Asher! We were so excited Asher had his birthday party a day early, since we were going to be in Florida on his birthday. We LOVE Asher! He isn't only Ella's best buddy, but our boys LOVE him too! We love your sweet spirit and know that God has great plans for you. Your smile brings joy to everyone that encounters you! We pray God's richest blessings over you sweet boy! Love you Ash!

Interurban with Friends!

The Rays planned a family night at Interurban with our friends. There were quite a few kiddos there! At the end of dinner the kids started playing games in the floor, they were pretty funny! What a fun night! Love you guys!

POPS

Port chose Dr. Pepper?!?
Ella and Asher traded food
Haynes chose blue...of course!!!
We met the Benton's at Pops for dinner. The kids LOVED it! We had beautiful weather that day so we played in the back while waiting. The funniest thing was with ALL the great choices of drinks Port just wanted Dr. Pepper?!? Now he keeps asking when we are going back, so he can have Dr. Pepper again!

Breakfast Treat!

Watching the donuts
Brian decided that we should surprise the kids and take them to Krispy Kreme for breakfast Saturday before Valentine's Day. They made these fun donuts in the shape of hearts and pink icing...they were super yummy! Great idea Daddy!

Ella's First Haircut

The boys will find a jungle to explore even in the parking lot!

Ella's first haircut!

Ella's hair has been getting quite long in the back so we decided it was time to get a little trim. Ella is ALL OVER THE PLACE right now, so I didn't know how this was going to go! She did great...with a little sucker to help! Her little trim looks super cute, thanks Michelle!

Happy Birthday Whitney!

Singing Happy Birthday!
Happy Birthday Whitney!
Whitney we are so excited that you are actually in South Africa! We miss you so much, but can't wait to hear all the amazing thing that God has for you. We pray abundant blessing over you this year, may God overwhelm you with all that He has for you this year! We love you and can't wait to Skype soon! Love you!

Pudding Night

The boys made pudding the other night for dessert! Port made the chocolate and Haynes made the vanilla. I think Ella enjoyed the pudding the most!

Game Nights!

We have been having Game Nights around here quite frequently lately! While Whitney was living with us, we had a few and have just continued playing. The Bauer's seem to know all the fun games that we have never played, so it's even more fun! This is a picture of Brian and Jake playing "Quelf"...maybe one of the funniest/dumbest games I've ever played! (Brian had to sit in wrapping paper all night...I laugh just thinking about that night!) We can't wait for our next "Game Night!"

Breakfast with Daddy

Brian eats cereal for breakfast most mornings. The boys LOVE sharing with him! They will move chairs, climb tables, do anything to get close to him! They sit next to him like baby birds waiting to be fed. I don't think they would enjoy it as much if it was their own bowl...they just want a little piece of Daddy's cereal:-) They have learned that he doesn't feed them as often as they would like, so they will get their own spoons as you can see! Thanks for sharing Daddy!

Speeding

So Brian tends to drive a little faster than the police would prefer...He was ticketed and then a few weeks later we were driving to dinner and he was pulled over again with the whole family in the car. Haynes's response to the officer was to yell at him to "Stop being a bad guy!" While we were waiting, we had a great learning opportunity to explain that Daddy had disobeyed and was being disciplined by the police officer. (Daddy was the bad guy and the Police Man was the good guy...) Port quietly asks while we are waiting, "Will Daddy have to go to jail?" We actually weren't sure what was going to happen since this was ticket #2, so we had to say "maybe!?!" Brian was lucky enough to walk away with just another ticket and no jail time:-)
Every time we are in the car not only do the kids make sure that our seat belts are on,
but now they are constantly saying "Don't drive TOO fast!"
We are pretty thankful for our little Holy Spirit's!

OU's Halftime Performance

Daddy's biggest Fans
Sinks his first 3!
Brian's fan club
Making a game plan
Our friends Chris Doke and Sean Boyd asked if Brian would play the halftime shooting game at the OU vs. Texas Women's game tonight. He had 30 seconds to make as many shots as possible... $25 for a layup, $50 for a free throw, and $100 for a 3 pointer. After the 30 seconds he had one chance at a half court shot for $1000...he just barely missed it! Brian did a great job and won $300 in Loves gift cards:-) Love's doubled that amount and gave it to the Children's Miracle Network...great job Daddy! He had quite a fan club at the game between my family, his family, and our friends...thanks for coming to cheer him on!
