Easter Party

Port
(protecting his candy from his brother)
Snack time with Dax
Ella and Haynes are pretty sneaky...if you aren't watching they will eat your treats!
Haynes even did the zip line like the big kids!

The Giants get to have their Easter Egg hunt at Teacher Sky's Mom's house. We were a little late, then we got lost...just one of those days! (Haynes kept saying "We're lost mommy!") When we finally got there it was so much fun! Her backyard is AMAZING! They had the best time exploring, doing the rope swing, riding the zip line, etc. Ella loved getting to be with the boys too! Braxton was so sweet, he didn't really leave Haynes's side. Sutton didn't really leave Ella's side either...what great cousins!

Talent Show Fundraiser!

Ella and Cadence
Boys acting out David and Goliath
Powdered Donut Eating Contest
Fun kid songs!

This summer we are taking our family to Beruit, Lebanon with a team from our church. Our fun team put together a Talent Show for a fundraiser. We have so many talented people in our community it was a really fun. The boys acted out "David and Goliath" with Brian. They did a great job! There were a few contests between acts which were always entertaining. Some of the guys from our team wrote some fun songs that had the kids interact with...one was called "Stop Drop and Roll" with hand motions and all! The kids loved it! We are super excited for what God has in store for this team!!!

Strawberry Icecream

Port
Ella-with croup
Haynes

Wednesday afternoon I took the kids to my family's farm with my parents. I'll have to post some pictures from that when I get some from my mom. The kids had the best time, there's just something so great about playing outside with freedom! After playing at the farm I told the kids how when I was little my Granny would always take us to get strawberry ice-cream from Braum's on our way home. We got one scoop of ice cream and let them share it. I love these pictures because it reminds me of my Granny sticking her tongue to her nose with some ice cream in her hand!

"I can't watch that kid!"

Tuesday afternoon we went to the park for a little bit before we picked Port up from Gingerbread. The weather has been so amazing, we honestly don't come inside unless we are sleeping! I was talking with another mommy at the park and hear a woman say, "I CAN'T watch this kid!" I think..."Who is she talking about?!" And then I realize that she's talking about Haynes! I think she sees that I am watching him, so she looks at me and says, "My kids would NEVER do that...I couldn't handle it!" He is so good at climbing, people that don't know him are quite overwhelmed/scared when watching him! I love you Haynes Cole! You sure do push the line, but God has great plans for that quality in you!

Lunch at the Grigor's

Big kids in the tree house
Kerri, Haynes, and Millie

Little ones playing on the porch
Millie, Gracie, Ella, Asher

We had a fun lunch with friends on Tuesday afternoon. Kerri invited Megan, Allison, Brooke, and me over for a fun lunch in the backyard. My kiddos loved playing in their backyard and finding everything dangerous possible! If you need anyone to childproof your backyard...Haynes is your man:-) Thanks Kerri for a fun afternoon in the sun!

Good Morning!

One morning this week these two were up first! Are they cute!?! Ella's usually my sleeper, but she hasn't been feeling great this week. I love sweet memories like this!

Congratulations Colin and Sarah!

Congratulations Colin and Sarah!

Last week one of our "Dudes" got engaged to a sweet girl from the Philos House Church. They are both amazing people running hard for Jesus. We feel honored to know them and can't wait for all the great things God has for you guys!
