What's going on?!?

We are in the process of packing up our house....
About two weeks ago we got a call that someone was interested in our house!! Awesome, but it's not for sale yet!  After meeting with our realtor, processing a ton, and hearing from the Lord we have decided to get our house on the market in the next two weeks!!!

-our new house hasn't even broken ground
-not completely sure where we are going to end up in two weeks
*What we do know is we are in for a season of trusting God!  Believing that our house will sell quickly and that our transition will be smooth.  Can't wait to see God move over the next few weeks and so thankful for His peace and grace as we walk it out!

Harper

 Princesses
I just absolutely LOVE these girls!  Ella got some great bonding time with Harper Florence today, it was her high for the day for sure!!
These boys loved fishing with Uncle Jake.

Swimming in March?!?

Grandad heated his pool to 85!  We headed over for a fun swim with all our cousins.  Ella loved getting to wear her new swimsuit:-)
My favorite moment was when Haynes said, "Mom!  I squirted Kooper, Preslee, Braxton, Sutton, and Harper's daddy!"  I love that he listed all their kids!!

Campus Walks

Saturday night we had dinner with the Billingsley's and Bonner's.
After a QUICK dinner (we had multiple looks of "are all those kids theirs?!") we headed to play on campus.  The boys played football and the girls made their own poms out of grass:-)
I sure do love these girls!!

Harper Florence is HOME!!!

We have been waiting a LONG time for this day!
This is a small shot of all the kids waiting for Kourtney and Harper to come off the plane!

 She absolutely LOVES her mommy!
We are madly in love only after a moment of meeting her!
She warmed up a little to Preslee and Ella couldn't hardly stand it!  Preslee got her to hold Ella's hand and she LOVED it!  She kept asking why Harper wouldn't talk to her:-)

*Friday night Ella came in and informed us that she wanted to cut all her hair off because she wanted to look like Harper Florence:-)

Spring Break

This year for Spring Break we went to San Antonio with all the Hartsock's.  We left Thursday after the kids got out of school and drove to Waco.
All these beautiful girls had the best time together this week!
Don't you just love Bitty!!
We stayed at the JW Marriott and it was great!  Each night they had a s'more station which the kids absolutely LOVED!
 Isn't she beautiful!
This picture makes me laugh so hard!  We slept in beds that seemed smaller than full size beds so this was our sleeping arrangement the first night...
Port and Brian
Me and Halle
Ella in the pack-in-play
Haynes on the floor
When we woke up this was the new arrangement....
Brian, Ella and Port (brian hates cuddling, but those two LOVE it!)
Isn't he a good Daddy!
I got to go walk every morning, which might have been my high for the trip!  They had a beautiful TPC golf course that I "illegally" walked on most mornings.
We got to spend the day at the pool.  They had slides, lazy river, and great pools for the kids!
It was even warm enough for Halle to get in her swimsuit!!
The girls got braids in their hair while the boys got tattoos
These girls are SO fun to watch!  I can only imagine what life would look like if we lived closer together.  They are best buddies!  Ella was sharing her shoes with Bitty here, just like best friends do!
JuJu and Grandad had a slumber party night and took all the cousins in two rooms.  Haynes didn't like the idea of being away from me so he had a slumber party with Brian, Halle, and me!  He learned that I like to have treats when the kids go to bed:-)

This girl was so tired one morning I moved her 3x's and she didn't wake up until after 9!
We headed to Sea World on Sunday and it was wonderful!
I love her face!
She just got her fish to feed to the dolphins.
This picture might be my favorite.  It totally reflects this season of life with Ella.  Ella's flipping out, Brian's trying to calmly talk to her about feeding the dolphins:-)
He's such a great Daddy!
 This girl LOVED the shows!
She loved the AZUL show the most!
 Port FINALLY lost his tooth!
He was scared but SO excited.  The video makes me cry every time I watch it!
*I didn't upload the picture for some reason, but Port decided to ride the "SCREAMING EEL" with us.  It was quite intense, he HATED it, and we are hopeful to get him on another roller coaster in the future.  I was so proud of this BRAVE kid!
This is the view from our room.  That big open field is where our kids spent most of their days.  Brian was the best "camp counselor" around.  He had every kid playing every game imaginable....
He really is the best!
One day we headed to the RiverWalk.  This kid tried everything possible to get into the river...
who's surprised?!?
We stopped at Ikea on our way home and picked up some chairs for our new house...
let the packing begin!

Thunder vs. Rockets

We got to take the boys to the Thunder game....they were SO excited!!
Brian promised them new jerseys.  Port chose Russell and Haynes chose KD.
 I love my boys...
who would think that two boys 4 & 6 would sit still for an entire game!!!
They LOVE it!
Unfortunately the Thunder lost at the last second
and we definitely had some tears:-)

Boyd Olympics

Brian and I came home one night and Kevin and Katelin started talking to us about how they wanted to know who was more athletic between the two of them. So Brian and I decided we could come up with some exercises to determine a winner...
1. Wall squats
2. Planks
3. Pushups
4. Sit- ups to fail
5. Jumping jacks, knee ups, jumping lunges

Kevin was the winner but Katelin was a close 2nd. I thoroughly enjoyed laughing through out the competition. Love you guys!!

Haynes Cole

I just fall more in love with this kid EVERY day....

Lately we have been pulling into our house pretty late, so the kids are usually begging us to carry them to their room. One night Haynes and Ella were fighting over who would get carried in first by their daddy. We weren't into the garage and Haynes had unbuckled and climbed in Brian's lap. He proceeded to latch himself to Brian as I laughed and Ella screamed...

All my kids love to cuddle, but Haynes might be at the top of that list. He really has NO boundaries:-). This is a picture of me working on our house plans and Haynes climbs on my back to talk!! My other favorite moment recently was when he had his body wrapped around my leg at the Thunder game. His little hands kept inching up my leg to where I finally stopped him! Loudly he said, "mommy do you have panties on?". Oh if you could have seen the man's face next to me...yes Haynes, I am wearing undies:-)

Happy Birthday Grandad

Grandad turned 60 this year!
Juju threw a big OU party to celebrate him and all the kids came dressed in OU gear. We are so thankful for Bob and everything he is to our family. The boys,Jake Blake and Brian, are taking him to a few days of the Masters to celebrate!

Joy and Halle
Best friends and World changers

This girl is too funny sometimes! I took my kids to get all the cousin OU gear, to help JuJu. I ran in her house to drop off the stuff I bought for the party. When I got back to the car Ella was standing in the middle of the car completely naked! She had gotten out of her car seat, grabbed her new cheerleader dress, and undressed completely! We got her new outfit on after a quick laugh!!

Halle is One!!

The boys wanted some cuddle time with Halle on her birthday morning.  They decided to feed her breakfast and watch some Mickey Mouse:-)
I just love watching my kids love each other so well!!
Halle loved her presents and the balloons we sat out!

I can't believe that she is already 1!!!

Time keepers?!?

Dax and Port are best buddies.  Vernon asked them to keep the clock during the younger boys basketball game one night.  We were pretty impressed until we looked up and notice 30 minutes on the clock for a quarter:-)  Not sure if that was an accident or a joke, either way we laughed pretty hard!

Day at the Zoo

It was a beautiful day so Angie and I took the kids to the zoo!  We spent the WHOLE day up there because it was so amazing outside.  Angie sent me this picture and I LOVE it!  Luke loved my glasses so I let him wear them for a bit...notice my face in the glasses:-)
I just love these kids.  They can be the best of friends and fight like siblings in the next moment!  It's so fun watching them learn to love each other, work out conflict, and play hard together.  I'm so thankful for family and friends!

Onions....

I was cooking dinner the other day and Haynes decided to help me out.  I asked him to help me cut the onions with my little chopper.  He started cutting them, but unfortunately it was quite an onion.  We both were crying within a few seconds...Haynes did not understand why in the world an onion would do this!! He just kept running to the bathroom and washing his eyes with water:-)  The next day I was cooking again and Haynes wanted to help out.  When he saw what the job was he said, "Wait!"
He ran back into the kitchen with his StarWars mask on:-)  Anytime he sees me cooking with onions now he offers to let me borrow his mask.  I love this sweet guy!

Brothers

I came outside to check on the boys and this is what I found...They had thrown a frisbee on the roof and were trying to get it.  Haynes agreed to climb the tree and Port decided to harness him, to keep him safe, with Hartley's leash.  Haynes is climbing my LITTLE japanese maple tree:-)  While I commended them for their creativity, I got the ladder out and go the frisbee down for them.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these boys!

Thunder Date Night

Mike and Diane, Brian's uncle and aunt, have amazing seats at the Thunder games.  Somehow we managed to get to sit in their seats on the "Best Game of the Year."  We got to sit behind the Thunder bench...I'm not sure if we watched the game or the people around us more!  It was such a fun night!
We actually even got some tv time!
The best thing is that Port spotted us first:-)
Thanks Mike and DiDi for such a fun date night!

Jake and the Neverland Pirates

When the cousins get together there is usually a play of some sort...This was a play about Jake and the Neverland Pirates.  They are always entertaining but this one was extra entertaining...I just love these kids and their creativity!!

Kids Prayer Team

A few weeks ago our children's program had a workshop for the older kids that would like to be a part of a prayer team at church.  Port was excited to go, but wanted me to hang with him...which was awesome!  (I mean anytime he wants me to hang around while he's with his buddies I am there!)  It was so fun to watch and listen to Annamarie, our children's pastor, talk to the kids about prayer.  They split up in groups and practiced praying over each other...this was Port with Lainey and Asa.
I am so excited to see what God is going to do with these big kids!
*Tonight at Celebration they let their first group of prayer team go to different kids classes to pray.  Asa came running up to his mom yelling, "Someone got HEALED tonight while we were praying for them!"

Halle and Emma

Oh how I love these girls!
They are about ten days apart and some of the sweetest little ones ever.
I can't wait to watch them grow and become best of friends!
