Riding the horses..or puppies as Ella refers to them

I took the kids to the May Fair Friday afternoon. We spent most of our time in the kids area, and then my mom came and met us. We played at Andrew's Park for a little bit and then stopped and got a treat. It was a beautiful day and super fun treat!

Evangelism Night

Our Lebanon team had an evangelism night last week. Most people met on campus around 9:30pm on Thursday night. We decided to go a little earlier so our kids could get some practice too! Justin and Cathleen joined us for a quick dinner and then evangelism through campus. We each got to pray over quite a few people and the boys prayed over any person that would let them! We were super impressed with their boldness and ability to communicate God's love to the people they encountered. We can't wait to see what God has prepared for us in Lebanon this summer!

Bowling Family Night

Boys in their bowling shoes
We had our last "Family Night" of the semester at the bowling alley. The kids had a great time, and I appreciated being able to play on the lane with bumpers. I actually bowl better holding a baby...go figure?!? We had a great turn out especially considering finals are this week!

Thunder Watch Party

Thunder Treats
Story time before bed with Asher
We had a watch party in the backyard for the 5th playoff game. We brought the big screen to our backyard and invited everyone! Well...it was a fun night of fellowship, but we can't say the same for the game:-)

BSF

Last week after BSF Angie and I took the kids to Chick-fil-a for lunch. The funny thing was Haynes and Crew were dressed in the EXACT same outfit, from shirt to shoes!!! These boys are going to be quite a pair:-)
When I picked Haynes up from BSF his teacher came out to talk to me. We are studying the book of John this year and are currently studying the crucifixion of Jesus. His teacher said they were telling the kids about how Jesus was dead and Haynes jumped up and yelled, "JESUS ISN'T DEAD!!! HE'S ALIVE!!!" I love that Haynes gets that our precious Jesus is alive!!!

I'll get Ella up...

The boys told me they would get Ella up the other afternoon...this is what I found!!! Not exactly what I had in mind:-)

Mud...

My kids will ALWAYS find a mud puddle! Since our yard slopes, all water drains to this area. The boys have always loved finding it, but now they have taught Ella the fun of playing in it too!
