Saturday our amazing house church planned a day to come help us around the house. They showed up around 9:30 a.m. and cleaned out our flower beds and stained our play system. Then they got us some fun gift cards for some of our favorite restaurants and sent a sitter (Jordan) to watch our kids so we could go on a date night. We are super grateful for their time, effort, and hard work. We love you guys! Thanks for loving on us so well!
Our family is committed to following and pursuing Jesus. Brian and I have been married for 8 wonderful years, and have been blessed with four beautiful children.

Mother's Day Tea Party
My sweet Port
Singing their sweet songs
Swinging on the rope
The Fab Four
Gingerbread has a "Mother's Day Tea" every year. Port has been so excited about it, making sure that his siblings know that it is just for me and him. When he left for school he told be to make sure and wear a dress. When I got there he escorted me to our seat (that we shared) and then he asked, "Why don't you have heels on?" His class sang to us and ended with my favorite "I'll give you a daisy" and gave one to me. We got to play a little too! I always love getting some one-on-one time with my kids. One of my friends takes her little one to lunch (their choice) after the party...we might have to start that next year!
More BiRtHdAy Celebrations!

Lunch at Chick-fil-A
Zoo with Lolli
Blue Birthday cake
Chuck-E-Cheese
We have never been accused of not celebrating a birthday well! Brian was gone on Haynes birthday so we made sure that it was a great day...because he LOVES his daddy! We started with blue pancakes and gifts before music school. Then I made blue sugar cookies for Music School and Champ picked him up. We all met for lunch at Chick-fil-a...Haynes's favorite! Then Lolli, the kids, and I headed to the zoo for the afternoon. After naps we went to Chuck E. Cheese with my family. We finished at Lolli & Champ's with a blue cake...sense a theme?!?
Happy Birthday Haynes! We love celebrating you!

Catherine and Shannon did face painting for our party! It might have been Haynes's favorite part, he cried because we wouldn't let him sleep in it!
Haynes 3rd Birthday Party!

We were prepared for rain...but it didn't come!
Tiger & Butterfly cupcakes
Haynes's Cake
We had Haynes's 3rd Birthday on Saturday May 1st, because Brian was going to be gone on his birthday. The weather predicted rain all week, but we just kept declaring that it was going to be a perfect day! One morning Brian asked me about the weather and I told him that the rain prediction had gone down. Brian's response was, "God really loves you!" Yes He does! :-) (We have had multiple things lately that we needed great weather for and the God has come through every time!) We just keep declaring, "Even the winds and the waves obey Jesus!"

Soccer Games
Thunder Game 6
Brian putting on his Thunder shirt!
Yep! I wore the shirt!
Bob and Judi got tickets to all the Thunder Playoff Games. We were lucky enough to get to go to games 3 & 6. I must admit that on the way to the first game I told Brian that I didn't know a single player's name...The games were so fun! We laughed so hard recapping the game, because I became their biggest fan! It was a great game, even though we lost. Thanks again Bob for taking us with you!
